Emergency generator 250 kVA (PRP) as a fully automatic emergency power system with a robust Volvo Penta engine. Soundproofed with approx. 72 db"A" at 7 meters (+/- 2.4) measured with an all-round measurement at 7 meters at 7 measuring points

Built-in internal emergency power switchgear with manual 4-pole generator switch 400 amps behind a door with viewing window. Automatic start with ComAp InteliGen4 200 control

Function: In the event of a power failure, the start command is passed to the diesel generator. When the rated speed and rated voltage are reached, the generator switch (e.g. in the low-voltage main distribution) is switched on. When the mains returns, the automatic system monitors the mains voltage. When this is stable again, the switch back to mains operation takes place WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. The diesel generator is stopped after the cooling time and waits in automatic mode for the next power failure.

The switchover from mains to generator operation takes place on existing motor-operated circuit breakers (e.g. in the NSHV). The advantage of this variant; Only one line is needed for the load cable.
